We are first and foremost, great fans of YouTube. Unfortunately, YouTube does not allow downloading any of their videos, perhaps for fear of MPAA and RIA. This is a major downer for those of us who want to share personal videos, e.g. our mom's 60th birthday or baby's first steps.
